Sensyze provides local-first data orchestration and ETL tools. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws, including data protection regulations (such as DPDPA and GCC PDPL).
Parts of our software are distributed under open-source licenses, including the Business Source License (BSL). Your use of those components is governed by their respective licenses. Enterprise features, cloud orchestration, and certain hosted services are proprietary and require a valid paid subscription.
All intellectual property rights in the Services, including but not limited to software, designs, text, and logos, are owned by Sensyze or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Services except as permitted by law or the applicable open-source license.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sensyze shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Services.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will post the changes on this page and update the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitute your acceptance of the new Terms.
