1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service govern your acquisition and use of the United Commerce client binaries, libraries, and related services provided by Sensyze Inc. By downloading, installing, or executing our software, you agree to these Terms.
2. Software License
Sensyze grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to execute the United Commerce binaries in containerized or local server configurations inside your corporate firewall.
3. Data Ownership & Security
We assert no ownership claims over the commerce data stored or queried inside your local database instances. You remain solely responsible for the operation and security of your own database infrastructure, including encryption, backups, and user credential management.
